吊装带产品特点∶

●吊装带在吊装使用过程中有减震、不腐蚀、不导电，且在易燃易爆环境下无火星等特点。

●其截面形状是随吊件的表面形状变化的， 而且本身十分柔软易曲，工作中会紧贴服或卷缠在吊件周围，而不会损坏吊件，同时也减少反弹伤人的可能性。

●吊带在使用过程中应避免受到锐利器具的割伤，在起吊有锋利的角、边或粗糙表面的货物时，可采用吊带外层加带皮或聚脂保护的方式对吊带加以
保护，以延长吊带的使用寿命。

●吊装作业中，禁止吊装带打结或用打结的方法来连接。应采用正确的吊装带专用连接件连接。

●吊带带体设有独特标签，并使用国际标准色来区分承载吨位，即使吊装带破损也易于辩认。

●可根据用户的要求制作安全系数4-8倍的各种吊装带产品。

●吊装带的弹性伸长较小，工作载荷<3%，断裂载荷<10%。

●工作温度为-40℃-100℃。


USERUL ANVISES FOR A SLING'S CORRECT USE:

● Never use slings with damages or defects.

● Only use slings with clear identifications.


● Before use,check working load limit, length and working position.

●Never use slings with knots.


● Never use slings on sharp edges without correct protection.

● Use the correct mode factor and check lifting angle before use.

●Trapping the sling when lowering the load should be avoided.

● Never use sing under-40℃ or more than 100℃.


●Stitching should mever be plac ed over hooks or others lifting devices.


●Sling should be stored in dry an clear conditions.Away from heat sources or direct sunlight and UVray.

●In case of chemical attack,please check with the manufacturer.

● Elongation rate<3% at wirjubg kiad abd<10% at breaking load.
